This is the first draft of my double page spread, I feel it doesnt fit the conventions of a rap magazine double page spread as usually they are white and look much different from this draft, there is an example of a double page spread below that I am going to follow to get a more professional looking rap magazine.

Research and planning- First draft of Contents page for music magazine

This was the first draft of my contents page, I have now improved it as I think this is too basic and could add another picture and shorten text to fit the genre of the magazine. Also the contents of the magazine are too small for a magazine and no magazine would be 12 pages long.

Research and Planning- What inspired my front cover

My finalised magazine front cover gained inspiration from these two magazine covers, as you can see the XXL logo is very similar to my magazines logo and the background colour of vibe has been integrated into my magazine front cover.
